Through engaging in robust research and training, connecting with others who are invested in and actively creating and implementing models for the improved facilitation of collaboration, as well as for progressively shifting our societal systems towards an awareness of the interdependence between our human eco-systems, as well as the natural systems, Kaleidoscope Lights seeks to contribute towards academic rigour in understanding and facilitating deep collaborations and the development of functional impact eco-systems.

For many people, crossing the chasm from the systems approach to which we are accustomed (namely ego-based / traditional capitalism and stakeholder / networked systems) will require clear evidence that ecosystem based economies and societal systems work, provide personal as well as universal benefit, and are sustainable. To provide such evidence it is necessary to maintain research into the impact of such systems as a core component.

Kaleidoscope Lights aims to be an active contributor to such research.
